I love Doré too, especially the set of the Old Testament and a little book of illustrations and sketches on Spain. His images are everywhere, but he doesn't seem to have a very wide recognition in the art world.
Let me see... the first one is from "Paradise Lost", 2 and 3 from Dante's Divine Comedy, and the last one is the awesome Don Quijote. What's the third one about? Arthurian Myths, perhaps?
